What is a gas burner
In the broad sense of the burner concept, household water heaters, gas stoves, and even lighters can be considered as burners.
According to its working principle, a burner can be defined as an appropriate mixing device that converts heat energy into air and fuel through a chemical reaction of a substance and undergoes thorough combustion through a pre mixing device. A burner is a thermal energy device that sends fuel and air into the furnace according to the required concentration, velocity, turbulence, and mixing mode, enabling stable ignition and combustion of fuel in the furnace. The main fuels are oil and natural gas. Generally used for small and medium-sized petroleum or gas boilers.
Classification of gas burners
Gas burners are divided into natural gas burners, urban gas burners, etc.
According to the combustion control mode of the burner, it is divided into single stage burner, dual stage burner, and proportional adjustment burner.
According to the fuel atomization method, it can be divided into mechanical atomization burners and medium atomization burners.
According to the structure, it can be divided into integral burner and split burner. Split type burners are mainly used in industrial production, and their main characteristics are the decomposition and installation of combustion systems, gas supply systems, control systems, etc. This machine is mainly suitable for large equipment or special working environments such as high temperatures.
In contrast, commercial burners do not have high requirements for batch production, manufacturing, and market specialization in the supply chain. The market price of products is relatively cheap, while split type burners have relatively high requirements for professionalism and require a professional installation team. The market sales price is much higher than the same product.
