How to use biomass burners correctly
1、 Launch Management:
Before starting the burner, clean the carbon buildup on the furnace bridge, clean the carbon buildup at the furnace bottom, add particulate fuel, close the material box cover, and open the separation valve;
2. Turn on the equipment power, check if the circuit and water pipes are normal, and check if there is enough water in the cooling pool. Open the inlet and outlet valves of the internal combustion engine and confirm that the interlayer cooling water in the high-temperature combustion chamber is full;
3. Adjust the air supply device to a small level, add an appropriate amount of substrate, officially ignite, gently open the furnace door for appropriate air supply, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually adjust the air supply gear to the appropriate level. The feeding speed and air flow rate should gradually increase, and should not be accelerated too fast. It should take 2-3 minutes to increase the furnace temperature.
2、 Operations Management
1. The conventional dosage is set at 30-80, with a maximum speed of no more than 100 and a minimum speed of no less than 20. The air volume configuration is medium to high grade; When the heat transfer system of the production line is well ventilated, the feeding speed can be appropriately accelerated, and the air volume can match the highest gear. However, the exhaust situation of the chimney should be observed at all times and the standard for feeding speed should be determined, with no smoke emissions.
2. Observe the changes in water temperature at any time, adjust the displacement, and achieve safety and economy;
3. Add fuel appropriately according to the user's raw material consumption rules to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
4. Adjust the intermittent feeding amount during the insulation stage based on changes in product energy consumption;
5. When the furnace is burning, do not open the upper and lower furnace doors.
3、 Shutdown management
1. Stop feeding 15 minutes in advance and keep the fan running. Close the isolation valve (set on the control panel);
2. Turn off the power, turn off the fan, gently open the upper and lower furnace doors, maintain an appropriate amount of natural air, and try to reduce carbon accumulation in the furnace.
4、 Special precautions
1. The fuel must use c6-8mm pure sawdust biomass particles, and excessive particle fragments and journal particle fuel should not be used. When feeding, prevent the iron sword from entering the feeding box! If the equipment is damaged due to poor quality fuel or iron objects entering the material box, it is not covered by the warranty.
2. The use of a furnace for boilers or other equipment is the best negative pressure, and the use of positive pressure is strictly prohibited. If the positive pressure is too high, air guiding equipment should be equipped;
3. The material box cover must be closed during operation to prevent waste. When stopping the furnace, be sure to close the separation valve to prevent backfire;
4. If there is resistance and sticking phenomenon (usually caused by particles being too long), do not use steel wire or steel to avoid getting entangled in the screw and causing damage to the screw;
5. Burner coking: After a period of operation, coking may occur near the burner. If this phenomenon occurs, it will seriously affect the operation of the burner. In severe cases, the burner will be damaged! Therefore, regular inspections and defocusing are necessary. (It is recommended to check every 3 to 7 days).
Method of removing coke: Disassemble the burner and gently tap the coke in the burner with a wooden or iron rod to release it from the bile in the gasification chamber. (Pay attention not to damage the bile and fire channel of the gasification chamber during decoking) Coking is closely related to fuel, so it is recommended to use pure wood fuel.
5、 General troubleshooting
1. There is black smoke emission from the chimney - reason: too much feed cannot be digested by the furnace. Treatment: Stop feeding for a few minutes and observe normal exhaust before starting normal feeding; Reduce the feeding speed when there is no black smoke emission from the chimney;
2. Spark rebound at the furnace mouth - cause: slag accumulation in the equipment system, poor exhaust, or blockage of carbon deposits at the burner outlet. Treatment method: Clean and dredge the slag in the heat transfer system of the production line or clean the ash in the burner. Clean and dredge slag every 3 months using equipment, furnace, or pipeline heat transfer systems under 8 hours/working day conditions;
