After the fuel burning machine shoots flames, the flame detector should be relaxed immediately, otherwise the fuel burning machine cannot work normally. The fuel burning engine can be restarted only after the signal lamp of the fuel burning engine is lit for 3 minutes.
Key points to pay special attention to when using the fuel burning engine:
1. Special attention shall be paid to the waterproof and damp proof of the motor to prevent it from being used under wet and damp conditions.
2. The fuel burning machine shall be installed stably, and shall be used horizontally or vertically to prevent skew.
3. When it is inconvenient to operate the fuel burning engine immediately, the control circuit and electrical protection equipment shall be connected externally.
4. Frequently check whether the connection between the fuel burning engine and various components is firm, loose, and whether the parts change.
5. Connect the peripheral circuit, and wire the heating furnace temperature, working pressure, water level, etc. according to the wiring method of the automatic control system.
6. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept 80-120mm away. Turn off the fuel burning engine before filling the oil tank. The fuel can only be added to the oil tank after passing the filter. It can be started again after 20 minutes of filling. The oil passage system software shall be free of oil leakage and steam leakage. Check whether the oil tank is full of fuel before running the fuel burning engine.
